Qatar: Scattered clouds on the coast and dust stuck in the sea tonight

The Meteorological Department has released an update on the weather conditions for tonight until 6 AM tomorrow morning (Tuesday). According to their report, the weather will be characterized by scattered clouds and suspended dust, which will lead to light fog in some coastal areas late at night. At sea, the weather will be accompanied by suspended dust and scattered clouds, which will later become partly cloudy.

In terms of wind direction, the southeasterly winds are expected to blow on the coast at a speed ranging from 3 to 13 knots. Offshore, the wind direction will be southeasterly to easterly, with the same speed range. The horizontal visibility is expected to range between 4 to 8 km, which may decrease to 3 km or less in some areas later in the night.

For those planning to go out to the sea, the wave height on the coast will range between 1 to 2 feet, and offshore it will range between 1 to 3 feet. In Doha, the lowest expected temperature is 20 degrees Celsius.

For those interested in tides, the Meteorological Department has provided information on the times of the tides. In Doha, the highest tide is expected to be at 7:55 in the evening, while the lowest tide is expected to be at 3:65 at night. The highest tide in Al-Wakra was at eight and 44 minutes in the evening, and the lowest tide was at four and 21 minutes in the morning. In Mesaieed, the highest tide is expected to be at 9:43 pm, and the lowest tide at 5:22 am.

In Al-Khor, the highest tide is expected to be at eight and 17 minutes in the evening, and the lowest tide at two and 53 minutes at night. Al-Ruwais, on the other hand, had the highest tide at 7:47 pm and the lowest tide at 2:27 minutes at night. Lastly, in Dukhan, the highest tide is expected to be at 1:22 at night, while the lowest tide is expected to be at 7:10 in the evening.

The sun is expected to rise tomorrow, God willing, at five o’clock and 14 minutes, according to the Meteorological Department’s report. The public is advised to take note of these weather updates to plan their activities accordingly.
