Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said Western countries were behind full-fledged military planning in Ukraine, not just tactics.
“They don’t even hide that they are behind all this very military planning. Not just tactical advice,” the Russian diplomat said during a briefing.
Maria Zakharova also added that the “Westerners” openly declare that they will do everything possible to ensure that the announced offensive of the Ukrainian nationalists takes place.
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry stressed that Western countries “loudly confirm their participation in the conflict”.
Earlier in the United States, they doubted the success of the Kiev regime’s counteroffensive. According to the Politico newspaper, the United States made it clear to Ukraine that additional support would depend on the outcome of the counteroffensive expected in the spring.
