Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, at a meeting of the organization’s Security Council, said Western dominance or “peace in America” was coming to an end.
“The long-term, systematic and consistent actions of the United States and its allies to create a Russophobic, nationalist and neo-Nazi formation on our borders have caused a deep crisis in the system of international relations,” Nebenzya said.
He noted that despite Washington, London and a number of other capitals crying out for unprovoked Russian aggression, the real causes of the observed events are well understood by observers.
Also today, Nebenzya said that the Russian Federation demands that the OSCE pay attention to the fact of the oppression of the rights of believers in Ukraine.
