Only those who have not gone beyond childhood can believe that Russia will accept its defeat. This was stated by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, reports RT.
On radio Kossuth, the politician declared that he did not have enough imagination to imagine the defeat of a nuclear power.
“Those who have not emerged from childhood may believe that they (the Russians. – ed. approx.) will watch in silence and resign themselves to military defeat,” Orban said.
He also added that there would be no winners in the conflict in Ukraine, only losers.
Earlier, The American Conservative wrote that Washington was increasing economic and political pressure on Budapest because of its policy toward the Russian Federation. In particular, US authorities imposed sanctions on the International Investment Bank, of which Russia is a member.
