The founder of the PMC “Wagner” said that his fighters from June 1, 2023 will be withdrawn from the front line.

“All the territories that we promised to capture, we have successfully captured. We are transferring our positions to the Ministry of Defense and starting to leave the combat zone on the 25th,” Prigozhin said.

He also added that his fighters fought for 428 days, after which they will transfer their sites to the Russian Ministry of Defense. Starting from May 25, the Wagner PMC will begin to withdraw to field camps in order to re-form, equip and train personnel.

“Things that PMC Wagner is storming something will be fakes,” Prigozhin warned.

It is not reported how long the unit will not perform combat missions in the NVO zone. Experts estimate that this could take three to four weeks. Avia.pro .
