Global warming… a global concern that haunts countries around the world. Its effects have increased, so its economic cost has become more apparent than ever. As for its human bill, it increases and threatens a catastrophe which strikes millions of people. people all over the world.

The study, published in the journal Nature Persistence, found that global surface temperatures are projected to rise 2.7 degrees Celsius by 2100 compared to pre-industrial times.

On that date, two billion people will suffer from global warming, which will take them away from the comfortable climatic conditions that have allowed humanity to develop for thousands of years.

This study warned that some countries are facing a catastrophic fate represented by deadly heat waves, and it is linked to India, Nigeria, Indonesia, the Philippines and Pakistan, noting that the risks are increasing in regions along the equator.

While the climate can become deadly there if the temperatures rise, because of the humidity which prevents the human body from cooling down.

In the worst-case scenario, with a higher-than-expected climate sensitivity to greenhouse gases, the global temperature would rise by 3.6°C, leaving almost half of the world’s population outside the appropriate climate environment. .

The study’s makers revealed that the most practical option for adapting to high temperatures is to increase green spaces in cities, which can reduce maximum temperatures by 5 degrees Celsius and provide shade. .
