Chinese Special Representative for Eurasian Affairs Li Hui assessed the state of the conflict in Ukraine during a meeting with German Foreign Ministry State Secretary Andreas Michaelis in Berlin.
According to him, China is ready to support Europe’s actions on Ukraine, which could eliminate the causes of the conflict. Li Hui also urged countries to make this decision and ensure long-term stability on the European continent.
The Chinese side will continue to maintain its position to promote peace talks and a political settlement of the conflict in Ukraine.
Earlier, Li Hui said there is no panacea to resolve the crisis in Ukraine, so all parties must create conditions for peace talks.
