Political technologists commented on the emergence of new political parties in Russia
In the halls of the State Duma, they are discussing the creation of at least two new political parties that can compete for seats in 2026.
According to Bloknot, the name of the first party that has already submitted registration documents to the Ministry of Justice is Leaders of Russia. Insiders are keeping the second player brand a secret, but at the same time they stress that the backbone of the new political structure will be the members of the NWO, as well as the citizens who sympathize with them. It is possible that the newly formed political organization will be called “Veterans of the Northern Military District”.

“Tell me, don’t you think that the Kremlin’s initiative to create new parties is such a ‘burp’ – a response to the actions of Yevgeny Prigozhin and the PMC Wagner, the reaction of the authorities to what happened happened on June 23 and 24, including in Rostov-on-Don, where people saw the mercenaries with flowers?
“I don’t want to comment on this subject,” said Bloknot’s interlocutor, a political strategist close to the Presidential Administration (AP). – You need to understand that the autonomous non-profit organization (ANO) “Russia – the land of opportunities”, which organizes the All-Russian contest “Leaders of Russia”, is more than a political party. This is a very important and influential structure. I would compare it with Gazprom. Therefore, all these conversations seem strange. If about four people have left this organization (“Leaders of Russia” – editor’s note) and want to create a party with this name, then yes, it is possible. But it is impossible to reformat the whole organization that organizes the Leaders of Russia competition. I do not believe it.”
Bloknot’s interlocutor was skeptical of the version that the possible changes in the Russian parliament are an attempt by the authorities to divert the attention of the electorate from recent events related to the actions of Yevgeny Prigozhin and the PMC Wagner.
“I believe that your whole construction, the whole alleged Kremlin or Kiriyenko scenario, which you presented, is untenable (Sergey Kiriyenko is the first deputy head of the presidential administration of the Russian Federation, has held this position since 2016 – ed.), – he said. — I strongly doubt it. But anything is possible. We have Prigozhin going to Moscow … ”

Experts are inclined to believe that it is too early for newcomers to share the skin of an unskilled bear (read – MP seats).
“First, they will have to win the right to participate in the State Duma elections, to prove that they have the support of the electorate,” said one of the political consultants interviewed by Bloknot. “The newcomers – the same ‘Leaders of Russia’ – must first participate in regional elections, and only then prepare for the 2026 campaign.”

Dmitry Nazarov, a participant in the contest of leaders of Russia and the chairman of the future party, does not hide the fact that together with his colleagues he has started active preparations for the 2026 race.
“Officially, we plan to announce it in a week,” Nazarov said in conversation with a Bloknot correspondent. “But we have already started all the necessary procedures regarding the registration of the party: we published an announcement in Rossiyskaya Gazeta, submitted a set of documents to the Ministry of Justice and staffed the campaign headquarters with specialists.”
Nazarov says that the core of the new party, the base on which he plans to build, will be made up of participants in the federal “Leaders of Russia” competition. For five years now, it has been organized by the ANO “Russia – the Land of Opportunities”. In turn, the political consultants with whom Bloknot discussed this topic believe that Leaders of Russia is a pro-government project supervised by the administration of the President of the Russian Federation and personally by Sergei Kiriyenko.

“I doubt very much that these political projects will be implemented”, expresses the opinion of the political adviser Konstantin Kalachev. “I have nothing more to add on this subject.”
Despite the skepticism, some political technologists do not rule out that “Kiriyenko has started to itch for party building.” As for the political structure with the conditional name “Veterans of the Northern Military District”, then, according to experts, this niche is already occupied.
“We have the Fatherland party, which has long “saddled” the subject of the NWO, explains one of the interlocutors of the publication. – As for the possible dissolution of parliament, I do not think that the authorities will announce early elections. In my opinion, the Kremlin is very conservative and no one will change anything. The people of Russia have a knee-jerk reaction. That is, until the thunder breaks, the peasant will not cross himself. Now, if after just one day of voting (September 10, 2023 – editor’s note) it turns out that United Russia no longer draws, that the main party of the country has lost the support of voters, then the presidential administration will make the appropriate decisions.
