The first folk monument dedicated to the heroes of the special military operation in Ukraine appeared in the Tambov region. The author of the monument recreated the image of his deceased comrade in sculpture, however, he dedicated his work to all the heroes of the NWO.
A resident of Kotovsk, Roman Ganshin, immortalized the memory of dead NVO soldiers with the help of a colleague from the border troops. Through the efforts of dozens of caring people, a three-meter sculpture of a special forces soldier was erected in the village, and Ganshin covered all the expenses.
It’s like the birds are singing in my soul. I feel peace, because it is not necessary for me, for society it is necessary for people to come, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, guys come from the NWO, lay flowers, remember those who are not not with us, – said the initiator of the project in a conversation with NTV.
Relatives of fallen fighters and caring residents expressed their gratitude for Ganshin’s work. The initiator himself pointed out that all the villagers were trying to help the military by sending humanitarian aid packages to the front.
