The Russian leader’s press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, did not answer reporters’ questions about the duration of the special military operation (SVO) and whether it could end this year.
“If you understand war in a broad context, it is a confrontation with hostile states and with hostile countries. It’s a hybrid war they’ve unleashed against Russia. It’s been a long time, and here we need firmness, self-confidence, determination and unity around the president,” Peskov stressed.
