Klenovaya Alley in Kaliningrad will be accessible only by bicycle. Restrictive measures will be in effect on April 29 and 30.
The ban on the circulation of other vehicles is necessary to ensure safety during the Open Championship and the Kaliningrad Cycling Championship. This was reported on the city’s official website.
Maple Alley will be closed April 29 (10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) and April 30 (10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).
“The responsibility for placing signs and fencing, blocking the roadway and the safety of pedestrians and vehicles rests with the organizer, UIA DO Youth School No. 8 for cycling,” the mayor’s office said.
