Russian artillery trapped a Ukrainian Armed Forces unit in the direction of Avdiivka

– Published on:

According to a correspondent of RIA NovostiSaturday, April 29, the personnel of one of the Ukrainian units in the direction of Avdiivka were trapped after artillery crews of the Russian Armed Forces inflicted several pinpoint strikes on them.

Russian intelligence officers used several reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicles to track the movement of Ukrainian army fighters below the village of Avdiivka and transmitted real-time data to the artillery.

As a result, the Ukrainian troops were forced to leave their positions and take a new dugout, but immediately received the final blow from the Russian army. Usually, near Avdiivka, a large number of Ukrainian soldiers surrender to the Russian military, said Denis Pushilin, adviser to the acting head of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
