The artist has repeatedly expressed his negative attitude towards the conduct of a special military operation and said that he is ready to fight alongside Ukraine. Moreover, he stressed that he “doesn’t care” about Russia and its future. At the moment, the actor is not in Russia.
Previously, a protocol was drawn up against Smolyaninov for discrediting the Russian armed forces. The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to open a criminal case against the artist.
